The objective of SOVEREIGN PEACE is to create world peace through compassionate, well planned focused efforts that abate, end or mitigate the circumstances that lead to conflict. In order to reach this objective, it is necessary to aggregate the power of many like-minded people from across the globe into one voice for peace - a nation. Why a nation? Because people linked in unified national purpose, whose actions become part of their identity, is a powerful force. National pride inspires greatness that finds solutions to complex problems.  



The idea of a virtual nation has met the technology of today, and now people can be linked by more than simply geography. Through the world wide web, shared ideas and values on peace can be leveraged into a virtual nation that can wield influence that is separate from governments of geographic nations. SOVEREIGN PEACE is seeking citizens of every continent to become part of the digital realm, and be part of creating a peaceful future for humanity.

Welcome to SOVEREIGN PEACE! It may sound like an outrageous prospect - a virtual nation, but nothing brings about purpose like national identity. With that said, many people have found that the purpose and pride of belonging to their geographic nation has dwindled and greatness is no longer part of the national plan. It seems that most nations have settled into comfortable mediocrity, leaving their futures in the hands of strident ideology that divides and injures humanity through conflict. SOVEREIGN PEACE seeks to unite humanity in the purpose of seeking to understand and create peace so that humanity's efforts can focus on greatness that serves all of humanity, not just a privileged few within a geographic border. As a former military officer, I have served for many years supporting peace through conflict. Brave men and women, of many nations, continue this noble effort today. But I believe real peace can be achieved through other means and SOVEREIGN PEACE can lead the way. It will take new educational institutions, improved science and technology, the support of a large world citizenry, and the dedicated efforts from professionals seeking to create the new frontier. I hope you will join SOVEREIGN PEACE and come on the journey with us.

It is not the critic that counts; not the man who points out how the strong man stumbles, or where the doer of deeds could've done them better. The credit belongs to the man who is actually in the arena, whose face is marred by dust and sweat and blood; who strives valiantly; who errs, who comes short again and again, because there is no effort without error and shortcoming; but who does actually strive to do the deeds; who knows great enthusiasms, the great devotions; who spends himself in a worthy cause; who at the best knows in the end the triumph of high achievement, and who at the worst, if he fails, at least fails while daring greatly, so that his place shall never be with those cold and timid souls who neither know victory nor defeat.
